Microclimate Station

The FINoT MicroClimate station is a low-cost device that acquires critical crop field data that are top-priority for farmers and agronomists regarding crop cycle evaluation and optimization. Its small size and weight in conjunction with the capability to operate autonomously almost indefinitely with its solar panel along with 2 common AA batteries, makes it a true mount-and-go solution. Suitable for use in both open fields and greenhouses, it transmits wirelessly the measurements to the cloud using a globally standardized protocol through the FINoT Gateway within a radius of 200m. Using multiple stations, this range is extended to any desired direction since each station operates also as a network extender.

Weather Station

The FINoT Weather station offers a complete solution for the acquisition of real time weather data on the field. Implemented based on the WMO recommended measurement practices, it allows the realization of an accurate weather overview using high quality sensors able to withstand even the most demanding conditions. Based on the same proven platform as the MicroClimate station, it inherits its ultra small size, mounting flexibility and autonomous operation without the need for a separate power supply. Using the same standardized wireless network technology, it transmits the measurements to the cloud through the FINoT Gateway enabling the network extension as the rest of the FINoT devices.

Smart Agri Gateway

The FINoT Gateway provides the means of communication between the FINoT devices and the cloud It comes embedded with an ethernet port, a 2G/3G/4G modem and a WIFI interface allowing the seamless connection to the Internet no matter the available infrastructure. Equipped with an internal data logger, it stores the data received when connection is temporarily not available and transmits it when the connection is restored. Housed in an heavy duty aluminiumenclosure, it's suitable for outdoor use no matter the conditions.
